Refund Policy
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY MADLUX
MADLUX reserves the right to refuse/cancel any Ticket. MADLUX at its sole discretion may cancel any ticket:
- If it suspects a fraudulent transaction, or
- If it suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use or
- For any reason outside the control of the MADLUX including causes for logistical difficulties.
Refund/cancellation policies applicable in the following conditions:
- Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled event/stream/show. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone or online.
- In case, if the cancellation occurs 48 hours or more before the event/stream/show, 100% refunds will be provided within 15 working days excluding the gateway charges and service charges. It is made clear this refund policy is only applicable to refundable events/stream booking only. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
- In case, if the cancellation occurs within less than 48 hours of event/stream, then no refund will be provided in any circumstances.
- In case, if an event/stream is cancelled from the partner or originator end, 100% refunds will be provided within 15 working days including the gateway charges. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
- It is made clear that Madlux subscription charges are non refundable and non transferable in nay circumstances.
- At the time of booking of event/stream, you agree to the refund and cancellation policy of the company.
